What we process

When you request a transcript we process the video link you submit and, for security and abuse prevention, your IP address. We don't require an account and don't collect your name or email.

Service providers

Our website runs on Cloudflare (hosting, security, caching). To create transcripts we send the public video link to our transcript provider, Supadata. Neither provider receives anything beyond what's needed to deliver the service.

Storage

We don't download or store videos. Transcripts may be cached for up to 24 hours so repeat requests are fast. We don't use transcripts to train AI models and don't sell data.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict processing of your data, and to complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at). Contact: hello@socialtranscript.app.
